When it comes to your health records, you have certain rights and we have certain responsibilities. You have the right to request your records at any time and request that we correct records if you feel something is inaccurate, the right to request what we do and do not share with entities you have previously authorized, the right to receive a list of entities we have thus far shared your records with, and the right to file a complaint if you feel your rights have been violated.
